The Letter of Gentle Welcome
Make room for reciprocal love without naming or binding another person.
To clarify how love should feel in your life and to open attention to relationships built on respect, warmth and free choice.
- One sheet of paper
- A pen
- A ribbon or piece of thread
- A small bowl
Sit somewhere quiet. Place the empty bowl before you as a symbol of space that does not need to be filled at any cost.
- 01
Write five qualities you wish to experience in love — describe the relationship, not a particular person.
- 02
Below them, write three qualities you are ready to offer in return.
- 03
Read both lists slowly. Cross out anything rooted in fear, control or proving your worth.
- 04
Fold the paper toward you once, tie it loosely and place it in the bowl for seven days.
- 05
During those seven days, take one small action that embodies the kind of love you named.
Intention · affirmation“I welcome love that arrives freely, stays honestly and lets both hearts remain whole.”
Traditionally suited to Friday or a waxing Moon; it may be done whenever you need emotional clarity.
Modern SonnenKuppel intention practice, using the old symbolic language of Venus, written petitions and receptive vessels. It is not presented as a historical religious rite.
